Processing Time All orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Please note that some items may take longer depending on the product. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Custom Orders Custom cups and custom cup wraps require additional production time and may take 7–30 business days to process before shipping. Please plan accordingly, especially for gifts or time-sensitive orders.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Domestic Shipping (US) Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will do our best to make it right.
