Refund policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will make it right. To be eligible for a refund or replacement on a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on the damage reported

Damage that occurs after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Custom Orders Cups that require a custom wrap, which are paid for separately by the customer, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged as described above.

Deposits  Deposits paid to claim premade items (such as our beaded pen sales) are non-refundable once a design has been claimed.
